The inscription engraved/stamped on the bell reads:

"FABRICATION ARTISTIQUE"
(logo)

MANTES PRES
PARIS

It's got plain leather rivet pads, no resonators, they could be original. Either that or it's a repad from the same époque.

I was guessing late 50s early 60s, The case ( see photos ) looks like '50s, but no way to tell if it's original or not.

It's really in near perfect shape. Looks like it never got played.
