"The Buescher" C-Melody Sax

  Seems to me someone cleaned, polished and repadded this horn and then it sat for years without being played.
Pads look clean and new.
The silver is clean, but tarnished.

This sax has a very nice 'gun-metal' sort of patina going for it...very handsome. Maybe the color of the sky before a storm.

I just replaced a few corks and adjusted some pads to get it to play all the way down. Whoever buys it may want some fine adjustments.

The only dent I saw was a shallow crease between the neck octave hole and the neck cork.
There is a small strip of silver-plate loss on neck...under the octave key.

Maybe you're like me and want to play piano music without transposing.

Comes with a Buescher C-Melody mouthpiece and ligature...I assume the original one.
The mouthpiece has some color loss, ligature scratches, marks on the 'bite plate'.
But the tip and rails are in very good condition.
