The Theo Wanne website says these should have 5-digit serial numbers, but this one has just four.
I assume it is a fairly early Great Neck Tonalin.

These have a tendency to crack at the shank.
In order to prevent that, I had a custom double-band installed. .
Practical and attractive, the double band allows the writing on the shank to be read,
even though it is more expensive to have the double band done.

There is a little red line on the tip.
I have taken multiple photos.

I feel this mouthpiece lends itself to a West coast sort of vibe. Here is a sound sample of this mouthpiece (click the "Play" button) recorded May 21, 2010:
