Tip Opening: When I calibrate my gauge to measure Otto Link Mouthpieces accurately, these Berg mouthpieces measure around 0.010" more than their nominal measurement. Consequently, when I measure this 105/1 mouthpiece, I get a tip opening of 0.117"
I got similar results with another new Berg Bari, a 100/1 that measured over 0.110" and a new 100/2 Berg Tenor piece.
Not sure what to tell you.
